Apple Crisp Grandma Hazel Jean Robinson
1 ½ -2 quarts applesauce (or a BUNCH of peeled sliced apples, or mix with some applesauce)
Topping:
½ c flour
½ c rolled oats
¼ t cinnamon (or nutmeg)
½ c sugar
½ t salt
2/3 c dry milk
½ c melted butter
Pour applesauce/apples into large greased cake pan. Season with nutmeg or cinnamon. Mix topping with hands, then crumble over applesauce. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until lightly browned. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
