Diane’s Quick Summer Dessert Diane Ashby Ball
1 box ice cream sandwiches
raspberry sherbet
fresh blueberries
Cut ice cream sandwiches, as needed, to fit in baking pan. Spread semi-soft raspberry sherbet (or other flavor) over the top. Sprinkle with fresh blueberries (or other). Freeze. Cut in squares and serve. Serve after any meal for a quick and refreshing finish.
