Hamburger Casserole (with potatoes)
1 lb. hamburger (or less)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can string beans
Mashed potatoes
Grated cheese
Fry onion and hamburger together. Drain and rinse in hot water in colander. Mix in soup and beans. Put in casserole dish. Place pre-cooked mashed potatoes in center and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 till bubbly and hot, about 30 mins.
