Fam reicpe. You can add ingredients and change it up as you like.
Quiche Lorraine
1 ½ c Swiss cheese
½ lb (8 slices) bacon
2 T onion
Uncooked pie crust (I like to use Jiffy)
3 eggs
1 c milk
Spices (S&P, parsley, etc)
veggies (opt)
Grate cheese, fry bacon and onion. Prepare pie crust in pan. Beat eggs and milk then add salt and pepper, parsley, and other herbs as desired. Put cheese, bacon, and veggies in crust. Pour in eggs and milk. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. Makes 6 servings.
