1 chocolate fudge cake mix
1 chocolate pudding
4 eggs
¾ c water
½ c oil
2 t almond extract
1 c chocolate chips
Chopped nuts (opt)
Mix all and fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 for 45+ mins in bundt pan. Top with frosting and sprinkle of chopped nuts, if desired (when making the cake in a bundt pan, you can make less frosting for a drizzle).
Chocolate Frosting
1/4 c butter
2-3 c powdered sugar
add a little milk (~1 t), as needed
1 t vanilla
pinch of salt
Mix and spread. Add 1/4 c cocoa for chocolate frosting.
