Shepherds Pie
Roast Beef (can use leftover) (Substitute: ½ lb browned ground beef with onion)
Gravy
Salt & Pepper
Bag of frozen veggies (peas, carrots, mixed)
Cheese (sprinkle grated or…)
Mashed potatoes (leftover or instant)
Shred roast beef & layer the bottom of a casserole dish or 8x8 glass baking dish. Spoon leftover gravy over the top of roast beef to moisten. Layer frozen veggies, cheese, then cover top with potatoes. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave about 15 minutes.
