1 lg can Juicy Juice (kiwi strawberry or other)
1 bottle Fuze (pina colada/banana coconut)

Mix.

Berry Smoothie

We just tried this and it is amazing. It really is comparable to Jamba Juice. I used canned peaches instead and added a few more ice cubes so even modified, it's great.

1 ½ c mixed berries, frozen
1 c peaches, frozen
1 banana, fresh
1 T honey
½ c yogurt, low-fat vanilla
1 c white grape juice
1 c ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth and enjoy.

Raspberry Punch

Raspberry Punch Melissa Bennett
2 c sugar
6 c boiling water
2 ½ c orange juice
½ c lemon juice
4 c pineapple juice
2 10oz pkgs frozen strawberries
2 (1 liter) bottles of 7 up

Mix together and let cool in refrigerator.

Green Monster Shake

It has a weird color, but in the words of Natalie's neice: "It tastes pink!" A great way to get kids to eat spinach - or you, if you don't like it.

1 ½ c orange juice
1 ripe banana
1 c ice
Fill up rest of blender with raw baby spinach

Banana/Pineapple Smoothie

Banana/Pineapple Smoothie
2 bananas
1/3 c canned crushed pineapple (more or less, with juice)
bunch of ice cubes till thick

Grapefruit Smoothie

Grapefruit Smoothie
2 c grapefruit juice
2 c water
½ c sugar
14 large ice cubes

Blend. For creamy smoothies, substitute 1 c milk or cream for the water.

Orange Julius

Orange Julius
1 small can (6oz) frozen orange juice
¼ c sugar
1 c milk
½ t vanilla
1 ½ trays ice cubes (or more)
1 c water

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
