Chocolate Zucchini Cake Gma Robinson
3 eggs
¾ c milk
½ c cocoa
2 c grated raw zucchini
2 c sugar
¾ c oil
¼ t baking powder
1 t soda
1 t salt
2 ½ c flour
1 T vanilla
Chocolate Frosting:
¾ cube margarine
3 T cocoa
4 ½ T cream (or canned milk)
3 c powdered sugar
1 T vanilla
Combine until well blended. Pour into greased & floured pan. Bake at 375 for 25 mins in cake pan (or cookie sheet, less time). Frosting: Bring margarine, cocoa and cream to a boil. Remove from stove and add sugar and vanilla. Beat together and spread on warm cake.
