Country Gravy

Country Gravy
Sausage
Butter (opt)
~2 T flour
Milk
S&P

Fry sausage and remove some grease if needed. Add butter if need more grease. Add at least 2 T flour – makes a paste with the grease. Add milk bit by bit until it looks like gravy. Add S&P to taste. Delicious on biscuits for breakfast.
