Fruit Pizza Jessica Beuttenmuller
Sugar cookie dough:
¼ c. butter
¼ c. Crisco
¾ c. sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
½ tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Cream Cheese Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. cool whip (1 3/4 c.)
¼ c. powdered sugar
Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Then add remaining ingredients. Press dough for crust into pizza pan and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow crust to cool and mix cream cheese topping. Layer on top of crust. Then layer on fruit of your choice.
