Peanut butter spread on graham crackers, apples, or bananas
Sliced oranges and apples (put in baggie for child to take outside)

A healthy chip choice: Sun Chips
Yogurt
Crackers & Jam
Baked Apple Chips (thinly slice, 1 tsp each cinnamon & sugar; bake 250 for 1 hr or till crispy)
Smoothie (3/4 c milk,1 T cocoa powder,1/4 banana,3 ice cubes)
Mix: 1/4 c canned pumpkin,1/2 c NF Greek Yogurt,1 tsp maple syrup,1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
When having a salad, add slices of oranges, strawberries or grapefruit
For dessert: a fruit parfait
