Jason made this once and we just had it again for my birthday - yum! We use THIS recipe for the cake, posted here again for convenience, and the frosting is from allrecipes.com.
Chocolate Bundt Cake mom
1 chocolate fudge cake mix
1 chocolate pudding
4 eggs
¾ c water
½ c oil
2 t almond extract
1 c chocolate chips
Chopped nuts (opt)
Mix
all and fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 45+ mins in bundt pan.
Top with frosting (when making the cake in a bundt pan, you can make
less frosting for a drizzle).

1 c evaporated milk
1 c sugar
3 egg yolk, beaten with 1 teaspoon water
1/2 c margarine
1 t vanilla extract
1 c chopped pecans
1 c flaked coconut
In a large saucepan combine
evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla. Cook over low
heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and stir in
pecans and coconut. Spread on cake while still warm. Prep: 15min, Cook: 15min, Ready in: 30min
