Chef Salad

This is not exactly a recipe, but a good reminder of a delicious meal! There is such variety and diversity based on what you have on hand or what you like. Leave out the meat and you have a vegetarian meal - or side dish. There are so many toppings in this picture you can't even see them all.


Chef Salad

Chop up some lettuce. Add any or all of the following then top with your favorite dressing.
lunch meat
hard-boiled eggs
sliced/cubed/shredded cheese
croutons
bacon bits/chunks
cucumber
tomato
carrots
mushrooms
olives
onion
radish
peppers
avocado
chick peas
sunflower seeds
....the possibilities are endless!
