Tuna Melts

I don't know if this is exactly a recipe, but it's so so yummy. My hubby introduced this one to me and we make it a lot - for dinner or lunch. Basically a hot tuna sandwich with melted cheese on top. I made these for some young women once who said they didn't like tuna but I made them try it. They asked for more.

Tuna Melts

Any kind of sliced bread
1-5 cans of tuna, drained (depending on how much you want)
Mayo
Spices (oregano, basil, parsley, garlic powder, S&P - I usually just do S&P and 1 more spice)
Pickles, chopped
Any other add-ins (tomatoes...)
Cheese, any kind, sliced or shredded

Make tuna topping: tuna, add mayo (a couple scoops per can), spices (whatever you like or have), pickles, and anything else you want - be creative. Stir. Place sliced bread on a cookie sheet, scoop tuna mix on top, then place on cheese. Place in 350F oven and bake until cheese is melted and warmed throughout. Enjoy.
