Lori Roberts introduced this to me at Girls Camp and I loved it!
Healthy Oatmeal
Put quick oats in a bowl and add any toppings listed below. Then add water (hot OR cold - I liked it cold!). Stir and enjoy!
Peanut butter
Apples, diced small
Bananas
Dates
Berries
Raisins
Shredded coconut
Sunflower seeds
Walnuts, pecans, almonds, peanuts
Himalayan salt
Cinnamon
Pure maple syrup
Coconut palm sugar
etc, etc, etc...whatever you like :)
If you prefer it not too sweet, use raisins, dates, apples, bananas etc instead of coconut sugar or maple syrup.
