Last minute dinners

 When you didn't plan and need to eat right when you get home...and still eat kinda healthy (aka not cereal)...

- chef salad

- spaghetti

- tortilla or naan pizzas

- black bean soup and quesadillas

- baked potatoes

- Grandma mac

- regular tacos/shrimp tacos/fish tacos

- tuna melts

- Grilled cheese sandwiches OR Grilled cheese deluxe (cheese, tomato, avocado, balsamic, feta). Maybe with tomato soup.

-Fresh Tortellini Salad

-pan roasted dinner

-cabbage and sausage (cook/warm up whole sausages in skillet, add lots of chopped cabbage, stir and cook until done (10 minutes?) and serve)

- charcuterie board (crackers, cheeses, olives, cherry tomatoes, salami etc, hummus, oranges/apples/pears, grapes, jellies, nuts, etc)
