Bake potatoes wrapped in foil, ~1hr at 350. (or use instant pot!) When done (can stab easily with fork), roll lightly while still in foil. Open foil and cut potato lengthwise. Top with butter, chili, sour cream, grated cheese, bacon bits, green onions, etc – whatever you like.
